By accessing Servito Tourism, you agree to use the platform lawfully and provide accurate information for accounts, bookings, and partner registrations. Our tagline is Book Direct • Save More • Explore More.

Services

Servito Tourism is a multi-vendor marketplace for:

• Hotels and resorts
• Homestays
• Tour packages
• Cab / transfer services

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Email verification may be required for customer accounts. Partner accounts remain pending until admin approval.

Bookings & Pricing

All bookings are subject to availability and vendor confirmation. Prices, taxes, fees, and discounts are calculated on our servers at checkout. Frontend totals are estimates only and are not binding until payment is successfully completed.

Payments

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment verification. Failed payments may leave a booking in a pending or failed state until you retry or it expires according to platform rules.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms depend on the property, tour, or cab policy selected at booking time. See our Refund Policy for more information.

Partners / Vendors

Partners must provide accurate business details and documents. Listings must remain accurate and lawful. Servito Tourism may approve, reject, suspend, or remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law.

Liability

Servito Tourism acts as a marketplace connecting travellers and vendors. Delivery of stay, tour, or cab services is the responsibility of the respective vendor partner. We are not liable for vendor service failures beyond our platform obligations.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
